This is really quite exciting! The envelope arrived a few days ago, containing a couple of proof copies of my book – the first time I’d ever seen it as a physical thing rather than a load of words on the screen.
First off, it was thicker than I was expecting… almost like a proper book! And secondly, I didn’t completely mess up the styling so it all looks pretty decent.
The button was duly pressed, and you can now find out what sort of nonsense I got up to on the South West Coast Path in Half the Path!
As I’m sure I mentioned many times before, this started out as a blog post and grew into a story of 9 days on the Coast Path. It’s been fun and hard work in equal measures to get it all the way to a finished product, but I’m pretty proud of the end result, and with any luck you’ll like it too!
You can get it either as an eBook or as a weighty paperback tome that you can rest your mug of tea on.
